Junior scouts will explore special exhibitions at the Carter and learn from expert naturalists about different flowers in their area, then they will create artwork inspired by flowers and nature.

Explore the Carter’s exhibition Photography Is Art and about different approaches to taking photographs. Scouts will work with Carter staff and local artists to experiment with light, composition, motion, and storytelling through photography.

Explore textile artworks from the Carter’s collection then create functional and special textile objects of your own. During this workshop, Seniors scouts will chat and work with local artists as they explore and create.
