Become a volunteer!
We want YOU to volunteer at the Carter!
We couldn’t do it without you! Every year, Carter volunteers contribute countless hours to help us bring the best of American art to visitors near and far. You can be a part of our amazing team! No art experience is necessary—just enthusiasm and a dedicated interest in the Museum and the communities we serve.
Exhibition Hosts
Exhibition Hosts at the Carter welcome visitors to our special exhibitions by introducing them to the gallery space, pointing out artwork highlights, and answering questions. We are now accepting applications for Exhibition Hosts through August 1.
