This event is planned by the Carter College Council.

Schedule

5–8 p.m.

Enjoy free snacks, sweet treats, and something to drink (mocktails as well as select beer and wine for those who are 21 or older).

Leave your mark on our collaborative drawing of Series I–No. 1 by Georgia O’Keeffe.

Meet the hosts of tonight’s event, the Carter College Council with our Fast Facts: Connect with the Carter College Council guide.

Create your own mini-watercolor painting inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe with Carter Community Artist Brenda Ciardiello. Supplies limited to the first 200 people.

Ever want to know what an artist is thinking? Explore Georgia O’Keeffe’s life and work and go behind-the-scenes featuring materials from the Archives and Library, from rare books to personal letters.

Hear about how to volunteer with the Carter’s Exhibition Host program. Exhibition Hosts welcome visitors to our special exhibitions by introducing them to the gallery space, pointing out artwork highlights, and answering questions.

Want to look at the art on your own? Pick up one of our Art Discovery Guides from the Info Desk.

Enter our raffle to win a bag full of art supplies, goodies, and more! Winner will be contacted the next day.
