Carter Sustainer, Patron, and Circle members are invited to a special virtual presentation by Molly McCook, Executive Chef, and Richard King, General Manager, of Ellerbe Fine Foods as they share three great recipes and wine pairings inspired by works in the Carter’s collection. Carter curator Shirley Reece-Hughes will join them to discuss the whys and how-tos of their artistic pairings.
Ellerbe Fine Foods highlights the freshest local and seasonal ingredients in its elegant, innovative, farm-to-table cuisine. Menus vary frequently to assure garden-fresh ingredients.
