The main \ part of bldg. is 210 feet high and on top of the \ 16 stories rises a 188 foot tower, making the \ height of the entire structure 398 feet. An ob- \ servatory in the tower affords a comprehensive view \ of Chicago and its Lake Front. It covers an area \ of about 32,000 square feet.
