Largest in city \ Taken after water had \ fallen a couple of feet. \ This is on Washington \ St. the Main St of the \ town and within one \ square of Court House. \ Water was fully a half \ mile wide at this point. \ It was almost a square \ north of Penn depot. \ The dark on the hotel \ shows how much higher \ water was. The X is where \ the 7 people were who were \ rescued over the cable
