It is 34 stories, 580 feet high includ- \ ing a 30 foot statue of Miss Civic Pride on \ tower. Foundation consists of 116 pneumatic \ caissons sunk 260 ft. below the street and 239 \ feet below water level. Total cost \ $13,000,000.
