Description
Autograph letter signed. Says everything about their visit to her was perfect. Reports having a smooth and quick flight home to Texas that only took 4 and a quarter hours. Says Pa [Mayo’s dad] is doing well and is anxious to go to Wisconsin with Gracie. Says she loves the pictures of Mayo. Tells Dorr that Mayo talked to the radiologist in Fort Worth about Mildred and the doctor believes that all is cured and requires no further treatment, but that every precaution should be taken. Expresses the hope that Pater [Nell’s husband John Dorr] is fine now and that he will take better care of himself.
