    u.l. printed: Two giant Spillways which will be used during \ flood periods when it is deemed advisable to lower \ the surface of the reservoir, are known as the \ Arizona and Nevada Spillways. They have an \ approximate length of 650 feet, 150 ft. wide at \ the top and an average depth of 125 ft. The largest \ battleship could be floated in this situation if the \ shaft at the end of Spillway were damned at the \ portal.
