Autograph document signed. Reports her hopes for a visit from Alston at Christmas and again next year. Tells of driving nails in the first permanent structures they have built. Reports being unsure if they are “fighting the nature of the country or pioneering in a positive way.” Says she, the architect, and Alston are officially recognized by the government as doing this book, the three of them.
