Description
Autograph letter signed. Expresses her happiness that John Dorr is out of the hospital. Tells Dorr that people in Germany are worried about the “radium-activity of the rain” [radioactivity?] there. Tells Dorr that year after year Ernst tries to go to America to live, but is turned down by the American Consulate. She says he will never give up. She tells Dorr that the rest of her family does not have the joy she has to” be in U.S.A. and can breathe this wonderful air there” and to have the friendship of both John and Nell.
