  • Description

Autograph letter signed. Thanks Winn for her letter and the “fotos”, saying they brought Villa Serena to life. Admires how Winn does all that she does and says she manages almost three families. Mentzel remembers being with little Chris and Peter and how Winn thanked her for the gift of baby mice to her boys. Tells Winn that Nell looks happy and well-cared for. Regrets Winn’s news that Chris and Melody are parting. Mentions that Mentzel’s son Thomas is changing medicines for his epileptic seizures and that the new medicine affects his voice and keeps him from singing, as well as affecting his ability to get downstairs or to use a spoon. He is going to the best known epileptic center in Europe and the hope is that the side effects will gradually improve.
