Typed letter signed. Tells of going through severe winter weather to reach John in the sanatorium on January 6th.Says there were about 14 gathered there with their champagne and cake and choruses of Happy Birthday to you, as well as dancing to the polka on the new recording that Kay Swift has brought. Says that all who contributed to the “Happy Remembrances” will forever belong to that great “fraternity of J. V. N. D.”
