    Autograph letter signed. Expresses Nell’s thanks to John for the poem “To My Wife” and says the words work magic on the heart. Tells home much she loves to be outdoors in any weather. Eagerly anticipates coming to New Fane and says Bet will go home from there. Tells what a furore (sic) her pictures caused in Boston and Cambridge, the result of Bet showing The Blue Moon to Mrs. Saks. Mr. Saks is the head of the Fogg Museum in Cambridge. Says it makes her determined to finish The Beautiful World before 1943 closes.
