Autograph letter signed. Says they face many impending changes. Bill has been moved to Boston and may stay here until he is discharged which could be at any time, and then they will need to find a place to live. Mayo [daughter Barbara’s husband] hopes to be home by Thanksgiving. Tells John that evening moments alone will be “sacred” and that they are “starting the good life together.”
