Description
Autograph letter signed. Pinelands letterhead. Says that it is quiet there and she likes the people she is meeting. Expresses concern for their garden since so much work has been put into it. Tells that she gave up trying to read his letter after an hour. The paper was too thin, the ink too light, and the scrawl too hasty, but there are deeper things between them which they both know.
