Description
Autograph letter signed. Reports that she is teaching Color Photography part time at City College of San Francisco. Says Frederick is working for a friend who is a textbook publisher, Boyd and Fraser, but that it does not pay very well. Says these are hard times for publishing. Tells Dorr that Anne Helms, Ansel Adams’ daughter, who runs a post card firm called Museum Graphics is interested in Dorr’s work. Asks Dorr if she would like to allow a print to be used for a royalty. Also reports that a woman called who is interested in “Secrets” (Win + Chris) (sic). Asks Dorr if she has another print she wishes to sell. Says the collection itself is trying to be in a permanent collection. Asks Dorr if she would like to deal directly with these people or through her. Says she is off to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to open Recollections on March 1st.
