  • Description

Autograph letter signed. Reports to Dorr that Greta attended the Reflections exhibit in Grand Rapids. It was a great success and the director was well pleased. Says she is glad Dorr is printing and that she is going to work for Dorr as well as with her. Tells Dorr that the usual agent’s cut is 20% which is agreeable to her if it is to Dorr. Says she is looking into several projects: (1.) Postcards - Anne Helms, Ansel Adams daughter, wants to use work from several women on them. She will send Dorr a set and they can proceed if she likes them. (2.) Cards or a calendar from Green Tiger Express whose work is “exquisite.” She will send a few of Dorr’s prints to show them. (3.) Purchase of “Secrets” from Recollections. Asks Dorr to send her a copy, insured, and she will have it matted and suggests selling it at a minimum of $300 to $350. Asks her to be sure to sign the print or on the mat. Tells Dorr she has the prints and the dummy for Mother and Child and will send it to Dorr if she wants, but it’s very heavy. Says maybe she can interest Green Tiger Press in some of the prints for reproduction. Tells Dorr that her daughter Anne is at Smith College and is enjoying it. Signs letter “from your spirit daughter, Greta.”
