    Autograph letter signed. Responds immediately to a letter from Dorr. Reports that Penguin has approved the book so with Viking, they will have both soft and hard covers, The contract will take through May 1st and then around May 21 -24th she will come east to talk to the publishers and organize the museum, either the Museum of Modern art or the Metropolitan would be what she and Grace Mayer are hoping for. Asks questions about a recent interview Dorr did with Alicia Willie and says Mitchell is not asking to possess Dorr. Says this project is her “heart’s desire, not a journalistic exercise. Says the family is fine and that everyone is very busy.
