Autograph letter signed. Says he thinks Blowing Rock will be ok as long as there is no danger of quarantine. Wants Nell to send prints of her work for William E. Fisher to see as he is redecorating the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver. Mentions John Dorr sending her checks to do with what she wishes for the girls [her three daughters]. Discusses their marriage and future plans.
