Autograph letter signed. Reports that two things have happened: (1.) They have raised the $50,000 they needed to continue. (2.) He has decided never to ask her for money again so their friendship won’t be damaged. They will only discuss money with regard to another book or a new printing of Mother and Child, as well as payment of her royalties. Says in a penciled note that nice things can happen when a prominent poet reviews photography.
