Description
Typed letter signed. Says the enclosed Estonian note came with a simple volume of Estonian photography which they will keep in Scrimshaw’s library. Reports that her books are selling slowly, but steadily. Tells that he and Greta are going to London and Frankfurt to attend the Frankfurt Book Fair next month and to try to get a European publisher to buy the book. Relates a story about a lady who slowly climbed the stairs to their office to buy a copy of Mother and Child for herself because she was only a few weeks away from delivery. Sadly, there was no one there to give her a copy then. She was, ironically, a very fine local photographer.
