Autograph letter signed. Sends thanks for the letter and check that he sent. Says she won’t be home in time to go to the dinner he has invited her to, but she will stay to help “the kids” move Reports that she has looked all over Cleveland until she found this house with a garage, washer and dryer, and game room in the basement for “W. & B.” [This probably refers to her sister Virginia “Win” and Win’s husband Bill]. Asks him to tell her his plans about going to North Carolina, but says that she feels now that she should go to 1040 [This is the address of Nell Dorr’s New York apartment.] to rest.
