Autograph letter signed. Congratulations on choosing Nell and says each is worthy of the other. Says she was waiting for him to tell her and wondered how long it would take him. Tells him that her own future is “in the lap of the gods” but she knows something nice will turn up. Suggests lunch with Nell and him to celebrate when they are all in town. Expresses her affection for Nell and for him and says Nell has “had some tough spots” in her life.
