    Typed letter signed. Tells that the best way to proceed might be with a 16 mm. copy to be shown to various people to get an indication of the interest in a 35 mm theatrical copy and a 16 mm non-theatrical copy for film societies and the like. Says a 35 mm copy could be imported if the need arises. Tells that it is hard to estimate gross the income, but says one could expect an average of 100 pounds per year per 16 mm copy. Says returns on the 35 mm copy would depend on where an opening was found for the film, on the West End, if possible. Includes two copies of their agreement, one to be retained and one to be signed and returned.
