Event Description

Join fellow museum professionals to discuss and learn about various facets of visitor experience, engagement, and evaluation. Connect with other museum professionals in Dallas-Fort Worth and across the state to learn from colleagues in guest services and other public-facing roles.

Hear from keynote speaker Stefanie Mabadi, founder of DigIn UX, one of the earliest practitioners to introduce human-centered methodologies into museum and cultural spaces. A deep background and 15-plus years' experience in human-centered research and design-thinking methodologies from working in the digital design sector—where UX and design thinking were born—has been the bedrock of her work practice, mentorship, trainings, and deliveries since 2013.

Please note that this event is available only for museum professionals and is not open to the public.
