Nestled in the rolling hills between Philadelphia and Wilmington, the Brandywine Valley is home to world-class museums, European-inspired estates, and magnificent gardens. We will visit some of the area’s most enchanting attractions, including the Delaware Art Museum, Brandywine River Museum, N. C. and Andrew Wyeth Homes and Studios, Winterthur Museum and Gardens, and Longwood Gardens.

Tour price is $2,100 per person based on double occupancy (single supplement is $300). This fee includes accommodation, breakfast and lunch daily, and three dinners; transportation by deluxe motor coach; gratuities for guides and bus drivers; all sightseeing and admission charges; and service charges and taxes. Travel to Philadelphia is not included. Space is limited to eighteen persons.

Midsummer Mingle

Society 1949, a group of lively members ages 21 to 45 who support the Amon Carter Museum of American Art with social events tailored for up-and-coming art patrons, cordially invites you to join us for the second annual Midsummer Mingle! Come celebrate the longest day of the year on Amon Carter’s front porch with lite bites, cocktails, activities, and a sendoff to the sun at sunset.
