At the Amon Carter

The Amon Carter offers an ongoing array of programs for its visitors, from lectures by visiting artists and scholars to extended education opportunities, family events, children’s programs, and a book club. Following is a list of current programs and activities. Admission is free unless otherwise noted.

Interactive Tour

Get crafty with an interactive gallery tour featuring artworks that are invigorating, interesting, and inspiring for crafting. Record your own crafting inspirations from the featured artworks using provided sketching paper and pencils. After the tour, create your own crafts related to the tour, with time for socializing and refreshments with fellow crafters. Crafters of all media are welcome, and no reservations are required.
