Edward Hopper (1882–1967) is one of the greatest American artists of the twentieth century. Join us for a visit to the Dallas Museum of Art for a private docent tour of the special exhibition Hopper Drawing: A Painter’s Process. Organized by the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, the exhibition features more than one hundred works by Hopper, including drawings, watercolors, prints, and paintings. The tour is followed by lunch in the museum’s elegant 1717 restaurant. Then, we walk across the street to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the Nasher Sculpture Center with a tour of the highlights of the collection. Fee: $65, includes transportation, lunch, all tour fees, and gratuities. Space is limited: Please call for reservations by November 22 to Mary Lynn Sloane at 817.989.5063 or firstname.lastname@example.org. This trip is for members only.
