The museum is on the move this summer! Join us as we take our Storytime program to locations all across Fort Worth. Each week we will feature a Texas themed book that connects with artworks from our collection. Take inspiration from the story you hear and create your own work of art using fun supplies.
After taking a week off, we are excited to have you join us at BRIT (Botanical Research Institute of Texas) anytime between 10 a.m.–noon, where we will read The Three Little Tamales by Eric A. Kimmel, illustrated by Valeria Docampo. The story will be read outside every 20 minutes starting at 10 a.m.(weather permitting) on BRITS’s geological survey wall, so be sure to bring your sunglasses and hat!
BRIT is located at 1700 University Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76107. When entering the parking lot from University Drive, BRIT is the building on the right side, with the living garden on the roof.
Be sure to check our website and social media for the most up-to-date information on Storytime.
Storytime is held every Wednesday, June 5 through July 31 (except on July 3).
