During this wildly interactive experience, students will explore the exhibition Wild Spaces, Open Seasons: Hunting and Fishing in American Art to see how artists used their particular medium to celebrate recreational, commercial, personal, and sometimes vital ways humans have lived off the land. Gallery teachers will make connections between the role of the hunter, the sublime beauty and tragedies inherent in nature, and artists who captured these moments.
