National Gallery of Art, Washington (VHS)

Interactive programs allow the user to explore more than 1,500 works of art from the permanent Collection of the National Gallery of Art, Washington. Introduces the lifes and work of more than 600 artists. The subject index relates the works thematically, while a timeline puts the works into historical context. It also includes an atlas and dictionary of art terms. This program does require installation on a local hard drive. Requires Windows 98 or NT, or Macintosh 7.0, 4MB of available RAM and 10MB of hard drive space.
