Traces the life and work of American nature photographer Eliot Porter (1901-1990) from his early years in Maine to his later visits to Antarctica and China. Eliot Porter was the first photographer to donate his works and study materials, plus personal papers and mementos, to the Amon Carter Museum and the newly formed Artist Archives.
