Water Matters in American Art

Taking as its theme the appearance, meaning, and importance of water (and water-related issues) in American art, this lecture series features a diversity of artworks from the sixteenth century to the present day. Artworks from the exhibitions Navigating the West: George Caleb Bingham and the River and Meet Me at the Trinity: Photographs by Terry Evans will be highlighted. No reservations are required.

This lecture series is held every Wednesday, September 3–December 3 (except November 26).
