Book Club

Prior to the program, read Andrew F. Smith’s Eating History: Thirty Turning Points in the Making of American Cuisine (2009). During the program, readers and museum educators gather in the galleries and discuss connections between the book and Art and Appetite: American Painting, Culture, and Cuisine. Refreshments will be provided after the discussion.
