6 roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 chunk of cilantro
3-4 serrano peppers
tablespoon sugar
teaspoon salt
more salt to taste

Preparation and cooking instructions: 
open your blender to receive the below use a non-greased, cast iron skillet and blacken the skins of the romas and serranos add romas to blender; everything goes in including black, burnt skins add 2-3 serranos, leaving others in case you want more spice add cilantro (don't forget to wash it) add onions in quarters; too much is too much add sugar add salt blend on "mix" or "mince" while romas are still smoking from the skillet the blending should take no more than 45-60 seconds taste it. need more salt? sugar? serrano? onion? serve it with salted corn chips
