Event Description

What does it mean to be free? Enjoy a morning looking at Carter artworks, enjoying stories, gallery game, art making with Carter Community Artist Colleen Borsh, local history lessons with Tarrant County Black Historical & Genealogical Society Inc., and a performance by Maricela and Friends as we learn about the history of Juneteenth, inspired by Carter artworks. Tasty treats are available for purchase from Lucky G's.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided for Auditorium performances during this event. For more information or to request additional ASL interpretation for activity stations, please email us.
